Whilst we primarily contract DHL to perform logistics on our behalf, we use a number of couriers to cover the UK and Europe. All couriers we use are fully licensed and insured.
When booking a collection you'll need to provide a day and location from where the courier can collect.
On the day of your collection the courier will contact you. It may be that they're able to provide a 1 to 2 hour window, but generally collections are performed between 0900 - 1730.
