SAMSONITE REPAIRS UPDATE 22-05-2023 - We are currently suffering some delays in our processing of Samsonite repairs and are currently operating with an average turnaround time of 3-6 weeks, we are doing our utmost to reduce this average turnaround time.  Thank you for your understanding

LOGISTICS UPDATE May 2023 - We have seen a slight rise in negative experiences though our logistics partners, DHL, much of this appears to be generated from missed communications through emails being diverted to "spam". We are doing our best to ensure the minimum of failed deliveries are occurring, we apologise when this does fall short of expectations but please be assured we are doing our utmost to try and avoid such failures. 

GENERAL TIMESCALES May 2023 - Please note the repair facility is running behind by approximately 8-10 days however we are still looking to maintain a turnaround time of 28 days for the majority of the repairs, subject to parts availability.
