We try to offer accurate estimates using photos, and we're generally not too far off of the final repair cost, although until our technicians physically receive and assess the item quotations, or even the possibility of a repair is never certain. there can be hidden or additional damage that can increase the overall repair cost or prevent the repair from being possible.
We really need to see the item to give a full quotation in the same way that a garage needs to check your car, or a builder needs to measure up, we need to assess in order to gauge the full scope of work.
