Can you send me spare parts?

Yes. 

The majority of brands we work with have spare parts supply with a  few exceptions, such as trolley handles.  However, we can generally post parts such as wheels, zip tabs - smaller items - to you.

Please email repair@k2global.co.uk with the following details to ensure a quick turnaround. 

  • Full name and delivery address
  • Brand (model also if known) 
  • Product codes / serial numbers - these can be located inside the suitcase normally on a tag.
  • Images of the suitcase (front and part needed) 
  • Receipt or warranty cards (if claiming parts under warranty) 

We are not able to send out Samsonite or American Tourister parts however you can email spareparts.ordering.uk@samsonite.com who will be happy to help you.
