Can you send me spare parts?


The majority of brands we work with have spare parts supply with a  few exceptions, such as trolley handles.  However, we can generally post parts such as wheels, zip tabs - smaller items - to you.

Please email with the following details to ensure a quick turnaround. 

  • Full name and delivery address
  • Brand (model also if known) 
  • Product codes / serial numbers - these can be located inside the suitcase normally on a tag.
  • Images of the suitcase (front and part needed) 
  • Receipt or warranty cards (if claiming parts under warranty) 

We are not able to send out Samsonite or American Tourister parts however you can email who will be happy to help you.
