Can you send me spare parts?

In short we are sorry to say No. 

The majority of brands we work with have spare parts supplies for B2B repair centres ONLY. Due to the variations in factory production runs / ranges etc matching parts to a case is primarily completed for the majority of brands manually in the workshops. Also the workshops are equipped to deal with the range variations and parts adaptions.

We are not able to send out Samsonite or American Tourister parts however you can email spareparts.ordering.uk@samsonite.com who will be happy to help you.
