Whilst we suggest you take every care to protect your item during it's journey to ensure no further damage occurs, we also understand that not all households would have a box as large as their suitcase. Our courier has been instructed to take items that have been wrapped in plastic, bin bags, bubble wrap etc. The items do need to be wrapped to be accepted, to protect both the suit case and the courier.
