The courier requires us to protect the item as much as possible; they also need us to protect their equipment and people.
We understand that you probably won't have the original box for your case, so securely wrapping your item in bin liners, bubble wrap, cling film is the way to go.
If you ensure that there are no sharp protrusions, that any straps are tucked away and that the item is completely wrapped it will ensure your item gets to us without any issue.
If you don't wrap the item, there is a good chance that the courier will refuse the collection.
Each item should be packaged separately - - insurance provided by the courier covers one item.
