Dear Customer - Christmas 2022 Update
As you will have seen in the media, the UK is currently experiencing disruption and delays in all aspects of road haulage and logistics, combined with Royal Mail industrial action this has produced unprecedented demands on domestic logistics services..
Before you book a collection with us, via our supplier DHL, we need to advise you that whilst all possible efforts will be made to collect your item(s) as booked, it may be the case that there is delay. This delay may be significant.
If you can agree to this, please continue to book a collection. If this presents a problem the suggestion would be to either book your own courier with a drop-off location or, if you can, drop the luggage to us in Maidenhead.
We cannot currently guarantee any collection, as DHL cannot give us any guarantee.
